Jumelage: This is a brilliant wine, constante et précise dans son caractère, tout en finesse et harmonie, a classic from Casablanca Valley. Il se mariera parfaitement avec le gibier sauvage, gibier à plume, fromages mûrs, chocolat noir, etc. Servir à 16-18 ° C (60-68°F).
Dégustation:
Couleur: Deep burgundy red colour.
Arômes: Tones of leather, red berries, black pepper and oak. Aromas of ripe red berries and spices.
Bouche: A structured and fresh fruity start with balanced fruit, mature tannins and a smooth long finish.

Description du Produit
This wine is the result of various essays tested with different varieties with different micro vinifications. Some of them where vinified in barrels and others in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was aged in barrels for 12 mois. Only the best barrels were selected to make the final assemblage.
