I wines is a small family wine company, formed after a long winemaking career by Irene Paiva. Her deep interest in agriculture and especially for the oenology, were not a coincidence, it brought her childhood memories in the vineyards and grandfather’s wine cellar near Talca. All these have deeply marked her thoughts and dreams becoming an oenologist with the desire to produce, as she does for many other in her career, her own wines.

I wines was born in 2007, with the aim to make author wines, made in human scale and with numbered bottles, under the brand ‘I Latina’. Later on, the ‘Qu’ wine line is added. The whole fermentation process is done in a small wine cellar close to the oenologist-author house, which is personally in charge of the process until bottling. As the result of this dedicated work, all of the wines have gotten international recognition through the years, and her passion for innovation and high quality wine production has been shown.

I Wines, greatest resource are the company collaborators and they are also as part of teamwork responsible of the company development. Thanks to them, their daily work and dedication, I Wines obtain the high quality that distinguishes them. As wine company, everyone in I wines is focus on assuring the physical and emotional well being of each other, so all can have a pleasant and enjoyable work environment, which ensures an efficient and effective job.
