R.I.P. Ícono Cabernet Sauvignon is Chile’s first icon wine grown at 1,240 m.a.s.l. which has received the highest evaluation and recognition from reputed wine judges since the very beginning. This confirms R.I.P. Ícono Cabernet Sauvignon as one of the maximum representatives of Cabernet Sauvignon within the Alto Maipo Valley, as Chile’s finest origin for producing this variety.
Vineyard
The R.I.P. Ícono vineyard is situated at the foot of the Andes Mountains on the northern bank of the Maipo River at 1,240 m.a.s.l., les couvertures de vigne 0,5 hectares, 100% d'entre eux planté de Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines in the vineyard are all of an early age.
