Couleur: Garage Perverso is a dark ruby red wine.
Arômes: Elegant and layered on the nose, with concentrated aromas of red & fruits noirs tels que framboise mûre, prune, cassis, cerise noire et de figue.
Bouche: On the palate is velvety, corsé, dense, very fruity with a nice astringent mouth-feel and a persistent aftertaste because of its tannic content.

Non-vintage (2009-2011) Perverso is a solera blend from 2009 à 2011 with ageing in barrel. The wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. Winemaking was the result of Pilar Miranda & Álvaro Peña teamwork.

Solera is a process for aging liquids such as wine, beer, vinegar, and brandy, by fractional blending in such a way that the finished product is a mixture of ages, with the average age gradually increasing as the process continues over many years.
