Aging: 12 mois en fûts de chêne français.

Jumelage: This is a brilliant wine, constant and precise in character, it is all finesse and harmony, a classic Carménère. It will pair pefectly with meats such as lamb and slow cooking dishes. Ideal companion for elaborated dishes such as marinated duck breast and well seasoned kobe beef steak. Cellar for several years and before serving decant for 1 hour and serve at 16-18°C (60-68°F).

Dégustation:

Couleur: Deep purple, inky colour.
Arômes: Expressive nose, fresh red fruit aromas, spicy notes such as black pepper and bitter chocolate.
Bouche: A balanced and elegant body with velvety texture. Medium tannins structure with a round mid palate and a long finish.
