Jumelage: A wine to pair with braised chicken or stuffed trout, and ingredients that pick up fruit and spice flavors. Root veggies, pâtes, grains, oily nuts, and richer fish or white meats are also good matches. This wine is also an amazing compliment to shellfish such as scallops, crab, and lobster. Serve from 9°C (48°F) to 11°C (52°F).
Dégustation:
Couleur: Intense light yellow in colour.
Arômes: The fresh nose recalls exotic fruits such as cherimoya as well as apricots and ripe pears with subtle notes of citrus fruit and flowers.
Bouche: The palate is viscous yet fresh, with tremendous volume. It is very fruity and balanced with a long, finale persistante.
Description du Produit
Le "Secreto" gamme de vins a un secret bien gardé liés à la terre, proportions, et l'équilibre. Art and terroir have come together to create these wines in which the varieties have much to express. The result is a line of blended wines made with a primary varietal component that is recognized and indicated on the label complemented by a closely guarded “secret blend” of up to 15% in each of these. Most of the Secreto wines are made with grapes from young vineyards, ce qui contribue à créer un style frais et fruité. The grapes for this wine come from San Carlos, Cunaco, in the Colchagua Valley. The plantation has an average age of 12 ans.
