Colore: Semi colore rosso rubino intenso, con riflessi ciliegia nera; con numerose gambe semi-lenti.
Aromi: Naso intenso di frutti di bosco, come il ciliegio, e note di frutta nera come prugna, mela cotogna e noce, con note e spezie come cumino affumicati, cardamomo e dragoncello.
Palato: attacco morbido e piacevole sulla bocca, un palato pieno a metà, senza essere esuberante. Buon equilibrio alcolico e un morbido, metà lungo finale, senza essere agitato.

This Grand Reserve Merlot is the result of mixing a barrel 2007 and two 2009 Serve at 18 a 20 °C , together with white meats, pasta, cured meats and mature cheeses . The chip embedded in the cork is toasted French oak, and the horizontal position of the bottle of wine allows permanent contact of the wine with the oak chip. The prolonged contact of wine with a low portion of oak wood results in optimal integration wood and wine.
