Jumelage: This is a brilliant wine to be pair with beef, volaille, spicy food or lamb and cheese. Serve at 15°C (59°F). This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min. avant de le servir.

Couleur: Loa Perales Fábula is a dark ruby red wine, avec des tons pourpres attrayantes.
Arômes: In the nose, this wine exhibits black fruit flavours including plums, mûre, blueberry, and even olive.
Bouche: Syrah is a huge burst of flavour that moves quickly into its focused tannins and then leaves somewhat quietly. This is one of those wines that’s loved for its smooth and friendly finish.
