Color: Semi intenso color rojo rubí, con reflejos cereza negra; con numerosas piernas semi-lentos.
Aromas: Nariz intensa de las bayas, tal como cereza, y las notas de frutos negros como ciruelas, membrillo y nuez, con notas y especias como el comino fumado, cardamomo y estragón.
Paladar: ataque suave y agradable en la boca, un paladar completo medio sin ser exuberante. Buen equilibrio alcohólico y un suave, medio largo final, sin ser áspero.

Descripción del Producto
This Cabernet Sauvignon wine is made from grapes from the family estate, specifically from plot Nr. 5. This particular plot is situated on the foothills of the property, which has colluvial soil. The wine is therefore characterized by a strong palate and intensity for the nose. The wine comprises 90% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, while the other 10% varies from year to year and will appear registered in the Winemakers’ Book. The wine is 100% matured over a period of 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, after which it rests for a further 6 months after bottling before being released to the market. The annual capacity is 30 barrels of Limited Edition wine. The wine has a firm body, an elegant, silky palate, fine tannins and reveals a good balance of toasted oak and dry fruits.
