This De Martino La Aguada wine comes from Old Carignan vines of D.O. Maule, and they have been cultivated in a mild Mediterranean climate. The vineyard size is of 4.5 ettari (11.1 5.6 ettari) and it is located within the coastal mountain range of the Maule Valley and was planted in 1955. Sitting on a gently slopes atop pure granite soils, these non-grafted vines are dry farmed and head trained.
