Maridaje: Un vino brillante, constante y preciso en su carácter, todo en finura y armonía, to be pair with beef, aves de corral, la comida picante o cordero. A classic expression of the Carménère variety. Servir a 16-18°C (60-68°F).
Nota de cata:
Color: Cherry red in evolution.
Aromas: Smell of fresh strawberries, light notes of cassis, some tomato leaves, red berries, light smoke and vanilla.
Paladar: Intense mouth, sweetish, fresco, pleasant tannins, spicy, notes of cocoa and pepper.
