The Ayllu wine produced by Juan Espíndola and family was produced for the first time in 2011, being obtained from the strain País that in the history of the town was introduced by the conquerors in the 16th century. Ayllu is a very correct red wine of soft coloration, and of good tannin characteristic of the terroir.
