Accoppiamento: Elegant and delicate, an excellent representative of the Carménère variety. Its original flavour weds perfectly with ingredients like peppers, eggplant and fresh herbs. Notas de Guarda combines perfectly with pasta, spicy dishes, grilled meats and vegetables preparations. Servire a 16-18 ° C (60-64°F).

Aromi: Al naso, this wine is a tasty mix of ripe red fruits, roasted red pepper and black pepper, with hints of cinnamon and sweet notes provided by the wood step.
