Vinificazione: Little brother of the Montsecano, very pleasant and easy to take. A 100% Pinot Noir with 12.6º, it can be found by the glass close to the MOMA in New York CITY (1 Michelin star) e in 2 Michelin stars in Paris. Maceration for 12 months in cement eggs. Ageing potential: 4 a 6 years from the vintage year.
