Descrizione prodotto
From the Cachapoal Valley vineyards of Chile, a 900 metri sul livello del mare, come the grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon wine. A wine that has a complexity, earthiness and minerality rarely found in New World wines, aligned to a seamless and generous texture. Notes of cassis, cassis leaf, dry stone, earth undergrowth and mineral, hints of sweet wild strawberry with floral hints of violet. A Beauty that would melt the hardest of hearts.
Cachapoal Valley wines are of intense red colour and the soils are a combination of loam, clay and sand. The Cachapoal Valley surprises with differences in the expression of terroir in areas almost close to each other due to the soil diversity and their interaction with the agro climatic conditions. As Chilean wines has seen steady improvements in quality due to an increasing respect to natural conditions, tuttavia, the vineyards located at higher altitudes or planted further west towards the Pacific Ocean shows high quality bit different expressions. This wine is made with grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon coming from four different micro terroirs in the upper part of the valley at high altitude in the Cachapoal Valley. It is a concentrated and dense wine with aging in French oak barrels with aromas of black fruit and blueberry and spicy and balsamic notes.
