Pairing: A brilliant wine, ideal companion for slads, fish, seafood, shellfish and aperitive. Serve at 6ºC to 8°C (42°F to 46°F).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Brilliant and intense pink colour.
Aromas: The nose, elegant and layered with aromas of fresh strawberries and wild black fruits with sweet citric tones, well integrated and complex.
Palate: Elegant and expressive fresh fruit on the palate; light with a long persistence and pleasant finish in the palate.
Product Description
This Lapostolle Casa Rosé comes from the selection of the best lots of Carménère and Syrah juices. After the filling of the tanks the winemaking team reserve a percentage of free juice to fermented at low temperature as if were a white wine. The result is an attractive pink colour wine with delicate aromas and pleasant and expressive acidity.
