This Cabernet Sauvignon wine is made from grapes from the family estate, specifically from plot Nr. 5. This particular plot is situated on the foothills of the property, which has colluvial soil. The wine is therefore characterized by a strong palate and intensity for the nose. The wine comprises 90% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, mentre l'altra 10% varies from year to year and will appear registered in the Winemakers’ Book. The wine is 100% matured over a period of 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese, after which it rests for a further 6 months after bottling before being released to the market. The annual capacity is 30 barrels of Limited Edition wine. The wine has a firm body, an elegant, silky palate, fine tannins and reveals a good balance of toasted oak and dry fruits.
