Composición: 45% from over 100 years-old vines of Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 20% Carménère, 10% Merlot y 5% Petit Verdot.

Maridaje: Un vino brillante, constante y preciso en su carácter, todo en finura y armonía, to be pair with beef, aves de corral, la comida picante o cordero. A trustfull expression of the Cabernet family wines character. Servir a 16-18°C (60-68°F).

Color: InsTinto del Maule is a dark ruby red wine, con tonos púrpuras atractivas.
Aromas: La nariz, delicate and elegant fruit aromas from plum, cherry are framed by black chocolate, cassis, tabaco y especias.
Paladar: The mouthfeel is a complex and round wine, with soft tannins, with a long and pleasant finish.

InsTinto del Maule is an elegant and complex blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes for this wine come from ancient vines (encima 100 years-old) de Cabernet Sauvignon; in addition, it has Syrah, Carménère, Merlot and Petit Verdot also from the Maule Valley, with average yield of vineyard of 6 Tönnies por hectare. The garage winemaking was completely handmade. This assemblage intends to be a faithful representation of the fruit from the Maule Valley. The varieties were vinified separately, mostly fermented with native yeasts and had a long maceration of 35 día. This wine was not filtered and unfined, it is a natural wine. It was oak aged a 100%, para 10 meses en barricas de roble francés, and it can be enjoyed now or cellared for over 8 años.
