Aromas: Con la primera nariz cereza intenso, cassis y arándanos aromas se perciben mientras que diversas capas aromáticas de especias, cedro, chocolate y trufa comienzan lentamente a desarrollar.
Paladar: The mouth shows great personality, con audacia y elegancia al mismo tiempo. Taninos maduros y excelente equilibrio rodean el paladar como notas de vainilla y tabaco empiezan a aparecer.

Altaïr is the name of a star meaning bird. It comes from Arabic Al Nasr al Tair «the flying eagle» for which the winery and this wine has been named after, belonging to the constellation Aquila (Latin for Eagle). Altaïr es la perfección de los detalles, amor de simetría, la madurez y la experiencia. Elegante, grave, preciso, puro, y complejo. Altaïr es un vino artesanal genuina que reúne y refleja las condiciones del terroir del Alto Cachapoal y el campo. De gran carácter y elegancia, goza de un final persistente y continuará desarrollando y ganando complejidad en botella.
Altaïr (α Aquilae, α Aql) is the brightest star in the constellation Aquila and the twelfth brightest star in the night sky. It is currently in the G-cloud. Altaïr is an A-type main sequence star with an apparent visual magnitude of 0.77 and is one of the vertices of the Summer Triangle (the other two vertices are marked by Deneb and Vega). It is 16.7 light-years (5.13 parsecs) from Earth and is one of the closest stars visible to the naked eye. Altaïr rotates rapidly, with a velocity at the equator of approximately 286 km/s. A study with the Palomar Testbed Interferometer revealed that Altaïr is not spherical, but is flattened at the poles due to its high rate of rotation. Other interferometric studies with multiple telescopes, operating in the infrared, have imaged and confirmed this phenomenon.
