Maridaje: It goes very well with roasted red meats, lamb and grilled pork. It is an ideal wine to accompany gorgonzola and camembert cheese and alike. Servir a 16-18°C (60-68°F).

Aromas: La nariz, elegante y capas, revela aromas puros y delicados de cassis maduro, moras y fresas silvestres, bien asociada a la vainilla.
Paladar: La boca muestra saldo pendiente, great acidity and elegance, freshness and an exceptional persistence. The tannins are ripe and round, así condensado y sedoso, enhancing the dense and the fleshy character of the year.

This wine is born from non-traditional stocks in Chile: Petit Verdot, an unusual wine that offers new, exclusive experiences for the senses from the very first taste. The production of this wine was the year 2013 with a delayed harvest, comenzando a mediados de abril. Algunas ligeras lluvias durante la época de maduración ayudaron a mantener un clima fresco y alta acidez de la fruta. La primavera fue muy frío, y trajo fuertes heladas que han influido directamente la maduración tardía de las acciones. These grapes grow and ripen on vineyards planted on slopes, with granitic ground, with northeast exposition and under a strict management of the vineyard.
