An Amayna Sauvignon Blanc, Barrel Fermented, as if tossed by a storm at sea, ripe tropical fruit and grapefruit blend with mineral notes and luscious vanilla from its elegant oak treatment, for a wine with great aromatic complexity. An Amayna Chardonnay as intense as the sea, the mineral nature and complex aromas of this chardonnay recalls toasted almonds, dried fruit, and papaya blended with fine oak. An Amayna Pinot Noir with the influence of the sea and soil combined with slow ripening make for a deep ruby-red wine with a touch of violet and great aromatic complexity. The nose evokes ripe red and black fruits with a soft, elegant note of vanilla and spice from the well-integrated oak. Soft, round, mouth-filling tannins deliver a clean, elegant and persistent finish full of personality. An Amayna Syrah grown from granite soil and marine climate give this Amayna Syrah intense violet colour, notes of dark and red fruit that harmoniously blend with the French oak and in palate, it is spicy fresh and with great character.
